What It Helps With

What Your Clinic Gets

  • Ten Philippine Templates

Dental treatment, pre-employment, uniformed service applicants (PNP, BFP, BJMP, AFP), OFW, seafarer by the DOH AO 2007-0025 oral health standard, sports, dental clearance, a dental visit with advised rest days, a medical clearance before a procedure, and ongoing orthodontic treatment. The owner can edit each one and add the clinic's own.

  • Written From the Patient's Records

Choose the treatments and visit the certificate rests on, and we write the sentence for you, teeth and dates included. Add your own findings or advice as extra lines.

  • Only a Dentist Issues

A dentist with a PRC license number on file issues each certificate, in their own name. The front desk can prepare a draft for the dentist to review and issue.

  • Checkable by Anyone

Each certificate carries a QR code and a code. Schools, employers, and manning agencies check it at dentaldesk.ph/verify and see whether it is valid, void, or expired, with the statement word for word.

Questions

Common Questions

How do I fix a mistake on a certificate?

An issued certificate never changes. Void it with a reason and issue a new one. The voided one stays on record, and its check shows Void.

How are certificates numbered?

Each clinic numbers its certificates in order, as a plain number such as No. 000123 or by year such as 2026-0001, with an optional prefix such as DC-. Numbers never repeat.

How does a school or employer check a certificate?

They scan its QR code or type its code at dentaldesk.ph/verify. The page shows whether the certificate is valid, void, or expired, its statement word for word, and the issuing dentist's name and PRC license number.

Can my front desk prepare certificates?

Yes. Staff who manage certificates can prepare a draft and choose the dentist. It waits under To Issue on the dentist's Dashboard, and only the dentist can issue it.

Can each clinic choose whether to use Certificates?

Yes. Certificates is on for every clinic, and the clinic owner chooses in Clinic Settings > Features. Certificates already issued stay readable and printable, and their codes keep checking.
